Although I specialize in active adult gated communities, such as Arbor Lakes and Tarawood, I can assist with any of your Real Estate needs.  From information on the local community, to advice about finding a mortgage or preparing your home to sell, it's all available here.  We are located about 75 miles directly north of the Tampa area, along the Gulf Coast.  Our saltwater coastline is often called the Nature Coast because it consists of mostly uninhabited shell and mangrove islands.  Our northern and eastern border is the Withlacoochee River and the Tsala Apopka Chain of Lakes.  We are proud of what we don't have:  no Interstate highways and no amusement parks!  We do have three rivers fed by the crystal clear waters of first magnitude springs, the Withlacoochee State Forest, several Wildlife Management areas, and several other State Parks.  See my links on the community info page.
